Our fresh new ERRS quiet space is now open!

We are thrilled to announce that our brand-new ERRS Studio space is ready and open!

Located right next door to our current gym space and reformer Pilates studio, this refurbished area will be known as our "quiet space," perfect for some of our small-group classes, including Pilates matwork and Balance & Agility.

In addition to opening our new quiet space, we are super excited to announce that we have added another fantastic class to our schedule and this one is for all those who wish to take a moment to slow things down and focus on themselves, both mind and body. Our Yoga classes kick off this Wednesday, April 24th at 9am in our new quiet studio space.

Chloe will be running the classes, qualified to guide you through a great routine of stretching, breathwork and mindfulness. Suitable for beginners! 😊
