Walking is an excellent form of exercise for people of all ages and abilities.

Jason recently headed off to explore some of the beautiful Bibbulmun Track near Balingup. These outdoor walks and hikes are so good for your mental and physical health. Along with exploring new areas, walking is a great way to:

  • Increase muscle strength and balance/stability
  • Weight loss
  • Ease stress and boost mental wellbeing
  • Sun exposure and fresh air!
