OUR SMALL GROUP DUO (2:1) AND TRIO (3:1) STUDIO PILATES SESSIONS ARE FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 PARTICIPANTS TO 1 INSTRUCTOR. IN THESE SESSIONS, EACH PARTICIPANT WORKS ON THEIR OWN PERSONALISED PROGRAM AND RECEIVES INDIVIDUALISED ATTENTION FROM THEIR PILATES INSTRUCTOR.
