Reformer PILATES - Rehab

Recovering from an injury?

Designed for clients rehabilitating from injury and/or surgery, these classes are supervised by our health professionals, guiding each participant through their own personalised program as prescribed by either their physiotherapist or exercise physiologist.

45 minute duration

Reformer PILATES - FITNESS

Working on some strength and fitness goals?
Mockup
These group classes follow a set program for all participants and are suitable for people with moderate fitness levels. Similar to Matwork Pilates, various small apparatus will be incorporated at times to ensure variety, a little bit of a challenge, and good fun!

45 minute duration

MATWORK PILATES

Looking for something different to reformer but still a challenge?
Mockup
These group classes are conducted on the floor using an exercise mat, and often incorporate small apparatus, such as Magic Circles, Therabands or Foam Rollers. Classes are run as a set program for all participants and are suitable for people with moderate fitness levels, able to move up and down from the ground.

STUDIO PILATES

Prefer a smaller, more personalised class?

If the larger classes aren't your thing, come and try our studio Pilates sessions. Using a range of specialised apparatus we will deliver a Pilates experience tailored to your individual physical needs and goals, with options of a solo, duo or trio class.
