Strength and agility are essential physical attributes often lost following an injury or as a result of a medical condition. Without a careful recovery pathway, the capacity for a full and long life is likely to be reduced.

Our 6-week Strength & Agility Programs are carefully designed and personalised courses to help you Restart and Regain your confidence and physical ability while limiting your chances of re-injury.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Held at Exercise Right and Rehab Studio (ERRS), this program combines expert supervision and a purpose-built environment to support safe and effective recovery.

You'll work closely with our Mead Physio team to establish your goals and collaboratively plot a path to recovery. This may involve our Physio, Exercise Physiology, and Remedial Massage teams working together to ensure you have the best possible chance of success. Choose one of our specialised pathways or mix and match different programs to target a variety of different physical elements.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

Perfect for all fitness levels, the program includes:

  • An initial consultation to assess your fitness and goals, followed by a personalised exercise program.
  • Two 45-minute supervised sessions each week for six weeks.
  • Regular progress tracking to ensure you stay on track.

After completing the program, you’re welcome to continue using our gym facilities independently or join one of our other classes to continue progressing toward your fitness and recovery goals.
