Exercise physiology for women’s health, chronic conditions, neurological health, and rehabilitation.
Chelsea joined Exercise Right & Rehab Studio in 2024 as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) and Accredited Exercise Scientist (AES). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Science and Exercise Rehabilitation and works with people to support the management of chronic conditions, improve function and assist with rehabilitation following injury.
Chelsea has a particular interest in women’s health and is passionate about supporting women with evidence-based exercise through different stages of life. She has undertaken further professional development in this area, building her knowledge in exercise during pregnancy and postpartum recovery, pelvic floor considerations, perimenopause and menopause, and conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
Alongside women’s health, Chelsea continues to have a strong interest in mental health and neurological conditions. She enjoys helping clients build strength, confidence and long-term wellbeing through exercise that is appropriate to their individual health, circumstances, and goals.
Chelsea values building positive relationships with her clients and believes exercise should meet people where they are. Her approach is individualised, evidence-informed and supportive, whether someone is returning to exercise after having a baby, navigating changes associated with menopause, managing a chronic health condition or simply wanting to feel stronger and more confident in their body.
With a background in dance, gymnastics and competitive cheerleading, Chelsea represented Australia in 2019 at an international cheerleading competition in the United States, where her team placed second among 47 countries.
Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys spending time with friends, going to the beach, watching AFL and soccer, and staying active at the gym or on a run.
