Claire Gear

Physiotherapist and Fitness Instructor

B.Sc.(Physio)

Claire’s career in physiotherapy has officially begun with the completion of her Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) degree at Curtin University in 2024. During her studies, Claire joined us at ERRS, working as a Fitness Instructor and leading two of our key classes: Strength for Life and Supervised Sessions.

What she loves most about working at ERRS is the friendly, close-knit community we have here in the hills, where both staff and clients inspire her with their dedication to health and well-being.

Claire’s experience is diverse. She has a background in dance, specifically ballet, which she has both trained in and taught. She has also worked as a sports trainer for football, an education assistant in childcare, and volunteered at events such as the Source Kids Disability Expo and the Women’s Walk for Cancer. Recently, Claire gained international experience, spending 3.5 weeks studying abroad in Germany, where she focused on neuropathic pain conditions and explored the exciting use of robotics in German physiotherapy.

Outside of working at ERRS, Claire spends her time staying active with friends and family. She loves going to the gym, taking walks with her Border Collie x Kelpie, Rosie, cooking, going to the beach, and staying social.

Claire will begin consulting in our clinic in January 2025, and we’re delighted to have her on our team!
