We are excited to announce we have added two more classes to our collection, and are now offering Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) 1:1 sessions and Group DVA classes at our Exercise Right & Rehab Studio.
What does this involve?
On your initial visit to the Studio you will be meeting with one of our qualified Exercise Physiologist’s to assess the reason for referral, develop a plan and exercise program and to discuss  the need for either a 1:1 or group session so you get the most out of your treatment.
Our Group DVA class runs on Tuesday mornings at 9am. We are hopeful that this class will grow and we will be able to offer additional times throughout the week.
Who can participate?
At ERRS our team are passionate about providing exercise as a form of therapy for those who may be referred to participate in an Exercise Physiologist program with a valid D904 referral from their GP.
DVA GOLD and WHITE card holders are entitled to clinical treatment covered by DVA’s health care arrangement for all health conditions. It allows these clients to gain assistance in funding for the treatment that is recommended for them. Â
Under these arrangements to allied health services DVA card holders are able to receive up to 12 sessions of treatment or 1 year, whichever ends first. Clients can have as many treatment cycles as their GP decides are clinically necessary. These arrangements ensure the health care is the most appropriate for our client’s needs.
