ONERO™ Program

An evidence-based exercise program for osteoporosis prevention and care

Supporting stronger bones through structured exercise and education.
ONERO™ is a supported, evidence-based exercise program that combines strength, balance and safety to support bone health, reduce fall risk and assist in the management of osteoporosis.

What is Osteoporosis?

Osteoporosis is a common condition affecting around two in three Australians over 50. It occurs when bones lose strength and structure, increasing the risk of fractures, most commonly in the spine, hip or wrist.

These fractures may lead to pain, reduced mobility and loss of independence. In many cases, there are no symptoms until a fracture occurs.

Improving bone strength and balance may be beneficial at different stages of bone health.
