We are proud to offer a variety of classes and programs at our purpose-built Exercise Right & Rehab and The Strength Lab Kalamunda studios, supporting recovery, strength and overall wellbeing.

Alongside tailored programs for conditions such as arthritis, osteoporosis, Parkinson’s disease and cardiac rehabilitation, we also provide a range of fitness and strength-based classes, including Pilates and boxing.

All classes and programs are delivered by qualified Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists and Fitness Trainers. Each is designed to be appropriate for different levels of ability, health status and experience.

Our Specialised Programs

Practitioner-led, evidence-informed programs delivered by accredited providers with advanced clinical training. Designed for individuals who may benefit from closer supervision due to medical conditions or health considerations.

GLA:D® PROGRAMS (Osteoarthritis and Chronic Low Back Pain)
Supporting people with osteoarthritis and persistent low back pain.

An evidence-based education and exercise program for hip and knee osteoarthritis and persistent low back pain. It combines group education and supervised neuromuscular exercise to support pain management, improve function and build confidence with everyday movement.

ONERO™ PROGRAM (Osteoporosis and Osteopenia)
An evidence-based exercise program for people with osteoporosis.

This program incorporates supervised exercise, falls prevention strategies and functional assessments to support bone health, strength and safe movement.

NEURO FITNESS: (Parkinson’s Disease & neurological conditions)
Neuro Fitness is a program for people living with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological conditions.

Along with PD Fight Club, participants may use their Neuro Fitness class packs across a range of eligible Pilates and Fitness Studio classes, including Balance & Agility, Boxing, Supervised Sessions, Reformer Rehab and Mat Pilates.

STRENGTH FOR LIFE™ - COTA WA (Over 50s Strength Training and Exercise)
An evidence-based strength and balance program for older adults, designed to support mobility, reduce falls risk and maintain independence.

It is delivered by accredited providers following a structured assessment and progressive exercise approach.

We’re proud to offer the Strength for Life program, now fully funded for eligible HBF members. Fitness Studio Classes

Our fitness studio classes are designed for clients who are medically stable and ready to progress to more challenging fitness-based exercise, typically led by a Sports Scientist or Fitness Instructor.

FITLAB CIRCUIT (Formerly “Strength 4 Life” Circuit Class)
A group circuit class designed to support fitness, strength, balance and functional movement.

Sessions are higher-intensity and use a variety of stations to build overall conditioning and support long-term health and wellbeing.
SUPERVISED SESSIONS
For individuals with their own program who require supervision, guidance and exercise progression support.
BALANCE & AGILITY
Suitable for individuals experiencing balance difficulties or a history of falls or near-falls.
DVA GROUP SESSION
Suitable for DVA card holders on a referral from their general practitioner.

BOXING FITNESS
A non-contact, boxing-inspired fitness class focusing on cardio, coordination, balance and overall conditioning.

Exercises are adaptable and suitable for a wide range of abilities. No boxing experience is required.

Mat & Reformer Pilates

Before joining Pilates classes, clients are required to book an initial assessment with an Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist to help ensure suitability.

REFORMER PILATES - Rehab
Reformer Pilates-based exercise designed for clients recovering from injury and requiring supported rehabilitation.

Sessions use Reformer Pilates beds to assist with controlled, progressive exercise tailored to individual needs.
