We are proud to offer a variety of classes and programs at our purpose-built Exercise Right & Rehab and The Strength Lab Kalamunda studios, supporting your recovery, strength and overall wellbeing. Alongside our tailored programs for conditions such as arthritis, osteoporosis, Parkinson’s Disease and cardiac recovery, we also provide a range of fitness and strength classes, including Pilates and boxing.

All classes and programs are led by our qualified Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists and Fitness Trainers. Each one is designed to be safe, effective and suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

GLA:D® PROGRAMS
Helping you manage osteoarthritis and back pain with confidence.

Mead Physio Group is proud to deliver the world-recognised GLA:D® Hip and Knee and GLA:D® Back Programs. These evidence-based programs are simple, cost effective and noninvasive, combining education and exercise to help you manage symptoms, build strength and improve long-term wellbeing.

NEURO FITNESS: PD FIGHT CLUB
PD Fight Club is a therapeutic, non-contact boxing program designed to support brain health, movement and quality of life for people with Parkinson’s Disease and other movement disorders. Safe and adaptable for all levels, it aims to improve balance, mobility, strength and daily function.

Our Falls Prevention Program is safe, supportive and tailored to you. We start with a simple assessment, then focus on improving your balance, strength and confidence so you can move more easily in everyday life.

Fitness Studio Classes

Our fitness studio classes are designed for clients who are medically stable and ready to challenge themselves with more advanced fitness training, typically led by a Sports Scientist or Fitness Instructor.

STRENGTH FOR LIFE™ (COTA WA)
Strength for Life is an individualised strength and balance exercise program designed to help people over 50 get fit, stay strong and improve balance. Work towards your goals with like-minded people in a fun and friendly group setting, with support and encouragement to become stronger and fitter.

We’re proud to offer the Strength for Life program, now fully funded for eligible HBF members. SUPERVISED SESSIONS
For those with their own program, these sessions offer supervision, technique guidance and support with program progression.
BALANCE & AGILITY
For those wanting to improve balance and agility, particularly with a history of falls or near falls. Designed to enhance stability, coordination and reduce the risk of future falls.
DVA GROUP SESSION
Suitable for DVA card holders on a referral from their General Practitioner. This exercise program is led by our Exercise Physiologists to support your specific needs.

Mat & Reformer Pilates

Please note: before joining any of our Pilates classes, all clients are required to book an initial assessment with an Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist
