Supporting clients to build strength and confidence through exercise

Emilie joined the team in September 2025 after completing her Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at Edith Cowan University. She will commence her Master of Exercise Physiology in 2026, continuing her commitment to clinical practice and evidence-based care.

With a strong background in netball and dance, Emilie has been involved in the sporting community for many years. Her experience includes coaching netball and completing a university placement as an assistant coach with the Belmont Netball Association, as well as working with young athletes across various settings.

Emilie is passionate about working in a clinical environment and enjoys supporting people to improve their strength, fitness, and overall quality of life through exercise. She values learning about each person’s individual story and helping them reach their full potential.

Outside of work, Emilie enjoys camping and fishing. She and her partner share their adventures with their energetic kelpie–border collie cross and are currently planning a lap around Australia.
