Emilie O’Shea

Sport Scientist

Exercise and sport science support for strength, fitness and movement.

Emilie joined the team in September 2025 after completing her Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at Edith Cowan University. She has since commenced her Master of Exercise Physiology (due to graduate in early 2027), continuing her interest in exercise science and clinical practice.

With a background in netball and dance, Emilie has been involved in the sporting community for many years. Her experience includes coaching netball and completing a university placement as an assistant coach with the Belmont Netball Association, as well as working with young athletes across various settings.

Emilie enjoys working in a clinical environment and supporting people to improve their strength, fitness and overall wellbeing through exercise. She values learning about each person’s individual story and working with them through their training and rehabilitation journey.

Outside of work, Emilie enjoys camping and fishing. She and her partner share their adventures with their energetic kelpie–border collie cross and are currently planning a lap around Australia.
