VVBVBSc(human movement Maj), STOTTqualified reformer Pilates Instructor
‍
After moving to the Perth Hills earlier this year, we are thrilled to welcome Nadene to Exercise Right and Rehab. You may have already seen her in the studio, but here’s a little bit of Nadene's story that you may not know!
From a very young age, Nadene has always had an interest in sports. From tee-ball to athletics, netball, volleyball, swimming, surf club, dance and tennis, Nadene would try anything but later on in high school, found her niche in volleyball. Playing competitively, Nadene was selected for the state team representing WA five years in a row and during the off-season would often be found playing beach volleyball also.
After school, Nadene completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in Human Movement at UWA and began her career personal training, running health and wellness programs and group fitness circuits, including Les Mills Pump classes. With a history of sporting injuries and two major knee surgeries, more recently Nadene’s interest has evolved into the rehabilitation side of exercise, particularly with the use of the Pilates reformer and how it can be used specifically for each person, their rehabilitation and their goals.
Nadene’s qualifications, skills and experience are a wonderful asset to our team here at ERRS and to each client she works with. She thoroughly enjoys engaging in group classes and pushing clients to reach their limits, providing the highest quality service, motivation and safety in each session.
