From a young age, Nadene has been involved in a wide range of sports including tee-ball, athletics, netball, volleyball, swimming, surf lifesaving, dance and tennis. During high school, she focused on volleyball and competed at a representative level, being selected for the Western Australian state team for five consecutive years. She also played beach volleyball during the off-season.

After school, Nadene completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in Human Movement at the University of Western Australia and began her career in personal training, delivering health and wellness programs and group fitness classes, including Les Mills Pump.

With a history of sporting injuries and two major knee surgeries, Nadene has developed a strong interest in the rehabilitation side of exercise. She is particularly interested in how Pilates reformer training can be adapted to support individual needs, rehabilitation goals and movement outcomes.

Nadene is a valuable addition to the ERRS team and enjoys working with clients in both group and individual settings. She brings energy and motivation to her sessions, supporting clients through structured exercise programs that focus on technique, progression and safety.
